In the Forn de Sa Plaça, founded in 1956, in Es Mercadal Square, you will find us making a wide selection of breads, pastries, including the famous traditional Menorcan “ensaimadas” and cakes. These are all made by hand and freshly baked every day, closely following traditional recipes and thereby preserving the oven baked flavours of the past.
